Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 13, 2025

At Pro Impact Intel, we value the trust our clients place in us. As a provider of professional communications, media, and online visibility services, our work is customized and often time-sensitive. For this reason, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting both our clients and our company.

1. General Policy

All fees for services provided by Pro Impact Intel are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been published. Because our services include digital distribution, media placements, and custom communications, completed work cannot be reversed.

2. Limited Refunds or Adjustments

Refunds or credits may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.

  • Service Not Delivered: If Pro Impact Intel is unable to deliver the purchased service and no alternative solution is provided.

  • Verified Technical Error: If a technical issue on our side prevented delivery of your order.

In such cases, Pro Impact Intel may issue either a refund or a service credit at its sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Published or distributed press releases and media content

  • Social media or newsletter campaigns once launched

  • Strategic consultations, professional service hours, or custom project work that has already been delivered

4. Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or credit, please submit your request in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase to connect@proimpactintel.com. Include:

  • Your invoice or order number

  • The service purchased

  • A clear explanation of your request

Our team will review your case and respond within 10 business days.

5. Contracts and Governing Terms

Where services are governed by a written contract or agreement between Pro Impact Intel and a client, the terms of that contract will override this Refund Policy to the extent of any conflict.

This Refund Policy otherwise forms part of the Terms of Service of Pro Impact Intel. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service will prevail.
